There from the available template automates we need to locate When an item in a SharePoint list is modified send an email
In the next step we should allow all connections and click continue
As you can see in the body in the first box we have added the site and the list Name
And in the second box we have the get my profile action which get our profile from Azure AD and allow the automate to read our properties Finally in the last action box of power automate we use the mail property of our Azure AD Profile as the recipient and we can add as subject name date etc any of properties we need to . End of course at the end we can use body to create our body message
In the next step we have to save the Power automate.
In the next step we have to do a check for the correct operation of the automate manually.
We go to the list we've chosen and create an new item from new button or edit an item that we had created in the past and
As you can see, automate is running without any problems.
And finally send us the mail which inform us that someone make changes or create a new item in this list
