Export Information Management Policy Reports in SharePoint

In today's article we will see how we can create an Information Management Policy reports for the SharePoint site Collection First, we select the site of which we want to export the report

From the gear up and to the right we select Site Information in the side popup menu

In the next step in the side pop-up menu select View All Site Settings

This will take you to the SharePoint Site management page and there you can select Audit Log Reports

At the middle of the page in the Information Management Policy reports select choose Policy Modification. This report show all events related to the creation and use of information management policies on content in this site

And now you need to specify the location from the pop-up window to store the report in SharePoint Library

At the middle of the page in the Information Management Policy reports select choose Expiration and Disposition. This report shows all events related to the expiration and disposition of content in this site. Run a custom report
