In today's article I will show you how we can introduce in a modern experience site in SharePoint Online a web part that looks like the calendar web part from the classic experience. Many of you will have found that the only calendar you can add to a sharepoint online modern experience site is only the group calendar For this reason with the following procedure we will be able to have a calendar again on our site in the webpart format First we choose a site to create a list
We give name the new list calendar
and in the settings we add the necessary columns that we need to add events to the calendar
We select start date , end date and description
Then from the edit on our main page we add the list webpart
and insert the calendar list
Once we have added our list then we continue by creating a new public view with the name calendar
and finally as you can see I have a calendar view on my main page in the form of the old webpart calendar
